FireDrake Zomok is a rotary flame treatment device for large cylindrical substrates.
How it works:
When the START button is pressed, the device turns on, the gas valve opens and the flame ignites in the standby position.
The operator puts the substrate onto the rotary fixture attached to the base and presses both operation buttons.
The substrate starts rotating with a preset speed, performing a set number of rotations with the burner in the operational position.
After it performs the set number of rotations, the fixture stops moving and the burner moves back to the standby position.
If during operation:
– the flame dies,
– compressed air stops flowing,
– too much time elapses between new substrates being put into the device,
– the EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed,
– the double operation buttons are no longer being pressed,
the gas valve will close and the fixture will stop rotating. The cause of the deactivation should be removed and the RESET button pressed to resume normal operation.
When the STOP button is pressed, the gas valve closes and the device shuts down.
