FireDrake Tatsu is a device for flame treatment of flat surfaces.
How it works:
After the START button is pressed, the device begins operation.
The operator puts the substrate onto a fixture attached to the base of the machine and presses the operation buttons.
After around 5 seconds the flame ignites
The burner moves above the substrate with a preset speed, activating its surface.
Surface activation occurs during both phases of burner movement
The flame is extinguished, after which the operator can safely remove the substrate.
If during operation:
– the flame dies,
– compressed air stops flowing,
– the EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed,
– the double operation buttons are no longer being pressed,
the gas flow closes and the electrical current is cut off.
The cause of the deactivation should be removed to resume normal operation.
If the STOP button is pressed, the device shuts down.
