FireDrake Peluda

FireDrake Peluda is a rotary flame treatment device for small cylindrical substrates.

How it works:
When the flame controller receives the START signal, the gas valve opens, the flame ignites and the OPERATION circuit becomes closed. This state signals that the device is ready for operation. The burner is in the standby position, with the flame directed upwards to provide the best heat dissipation.
Once the device receives the PRINT signal, the burner moves into the operational position. It is now ready to treat the rotating substrates.
The burner returns to the standby position once the printer stops, after which the gas valve is closed and the flame is extinguished.
If the flame dies, compressed air stops flowing or the burner isn’t in the operational position during operation, then the gas valve will close and the DISTURBANCE circuit will become closed.
If the device doesn’t receive the PRINT signal in a preset time window, the gas valve will close and the flame will be extinguished.
