FireDrake Lotan is a flame treatment device for PE/PP pipes.
How it works:
After the START signal is sent to the flame controller, the gas valve opens and the flame ignites. The condition for this is that the substrate is moving with or faster than the preset speed.
If during operation:
– the flame dies,
– compressed air pressure falls below nominal levels,
– the substrate movement speed is lower than has been set,
– the EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed,
– the safety barrier is opened,
the gas valve will close and the ALARM signal will be displayed.
The cause of the deactivation should be removed and the RESET button pressed to resume normal operation.
If the STOP button is pressed, the gas valve closes and the device shuts down.
