FireDrake Ladon is a flame treatment device for flat substrates.
How it works:
After the START button is pressed, the gas valve opens, the flame ignites and the conveyor starts moving.
The operator places the substrate onto the conveyor mesh. If the photoelectric sensor detects the substrate, the burner moves to the operational position. If the substrate is no longer detected, the burner will move back to the standby position.
If the flame dies, the gas valve closes and the conveyor stops. It required to press the START button again to restart the device.
If the STOP button is pressed, the conveyor will stop and the burner will move to the standby position without extinguishing.
If the EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed, the conveyor will stop and the gas valve will close.
