FireDrake Kirimu

FireDrake Kirimu is a flame treatment device for fiber optic cables.

How it works:
Flammable gas is mixed with compressed air in amounts adjustable using needle valves. The burning rate is factory set.
After the START button is pressed, the gas valve opens, the flame ignites and the burner is in the tilted (STANDBY) position.
After receiving the OPERATION signal, once the substrate is moving with the set speed, the burner tilts into the active position. If the movement speed of the substrate falls below the set level, the burner tilts back to the STANDBY position.

If during operation:
– the flame goes out,
– the compressed air inflow falls below a set level,
– the device is in STANDBY mode longer than the set time,
– the emergency circuit closes,
the gas valve closes and the machine gives a FAULT signal.
The cause of the deactivation should be removed and the RESET button pressed to resume normal operation.

After the STOP button is pressed, the machine stops and the gas valve closes. The burner moves into the STANDBY position.
